[Review] Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl

Synopsis:
Lena Duchannes is unlike anyone the small Southern town of Gatlin has ever seen, and she’s struggling to conceal her power, and a curse that has haunted her family for generations. But even within the overgrown gardens, murky swamps and crumbling graveyards of the forgotten South, a secret cannot stay hidden forever.
Ethan Wate, who has been counting the months until he can escape from Gatlin, is haunted by dreams of a beautiful girl he has never met. When Lena moves into the town’s oldest and most infamous plantation, Ethan is inexplicably drawn to her and determined to uncover the connection between them.
In a town with no surprises, one secret could change everything.

My Thoughts:

This book is so far all I can say AWESOME and AMAZING! One thing I like about this book is that it is very much detailed, every chapter has been filling you up with all the information that makes you want to read it all the way till the end. This book has lived to my expectations and has now become one of my favorite book! Ethan Wate is by far one of the most lovable character I’ve ever read, he is a man that has all the guts to fight for his love till the end and I really admire a guy who would do anything for a girl. Lena Duchannes like every book has is the damsel in distress she is awaiting his claiming that is until now has been an issue weather she would go Light or Dark. I love how Ethan and Lena interacts, it has been a strong key point for me that Ethan has been the knight in shining armor for Lena the one that constantly say that she can do it, she will be Light and stuff like that. The story is by far one of the most original that I’ve ever read, one that consist of Casters, Succubus, Seer and Siren and other stuff. As far as the whole package is involved I could say that it is wonderfully written, every small detail has been there the family tree of both Wate and Duchannes. through out reading this book I couldn’t hold on to my seat cause of the fast paced events and again all the details.
