  1. You might want to re-think promoting net10. This isn't a net10 bash from a competitor – a few months ago I could have written your review, but here is my complaint – one of many very similar recently:I've had the service for about 4 months. Things were pretty good, phone worked fine. I liked the idea that I wasn't beholden to any "plan". Suddenly, callers to phone from land-line can't call me, they receive "fast busy" but at least I can still make calls. Yet I CAN receive calls from another Net10 phone?? WTHeck! I also can't access the internet any more since I installed last phone card. I received text just yesterday "reminding me to add more air time" – I HAVE almost 700 minutes of air time! I tried to sign up at their forum to try and resolve these issues and they won't send me a registration email. They don't respond to their electronic complaints either. I've been waiting a day for the promised "shortly". Needless to say, more than frustrated here! I thought there was something suspicious when each complaint on the forum was was answered with : "Sorry that you’re having a problem. I’m going to try to help you now. We need to take this issue offline so I can address it further. I will contact you directly with a private message and you will receive confirmation of this at the email address you provided when you signed up for this forum". Why not solve online so others with same problems won't have to create more calls or emails? I don't give up easy, so while looking through FAQ on the forum it says if you're having problems with registration, contact one of the administrators – which can one can't contact/access without being registered! Seriously! Not to mention, the no contract pay as you go has changed and you can only get the the $25 – 750 minute 30 day plan by automatic withdrawal.Isn't that a contract? Read how many are NOT receiving their minutes while their money is deducted like clockwork even after service is cancelled – that's another issue though… …so pray for me as I pick up the phone to call customer service – whom I've been avoiding by trying the computerized route first …unfortunately I'm already familiar with "Peggy's" incompetence.
